If you have any fears or concerns about the amount of water you should drink, then we highly recommend that you consult your doctor or nutritionist. As a general guideline, most adults need about three quarts or 96 ounces of fluid each day. Much of that water comes from food, so 4-16.9 bottles or 8-8 ounce glasses of water a day is a common recommended intake.

You may need more water if the weather is very warm or very dry, if you are exercising, or if you are taking certain medications.

Again, consult your doctor for the recommended amount of water to drink.
